A-Series carts manufactured by Harloff offer security, longevity, beauty, manueverability and adaptability. Security comes from a wifi-capable lock that allows up to 3,000 user codes with a wireless audit of the last 15,000 access attempts from the control pad or HID compatible proximity reader. The premium CompX lock of this lightweight aluminum wireless capable medical cart also provides lightning quick login oversight with alarms and reports via email, text, fax and voice for multiple notifications. Longevity comes from a lightweight, fully welded aluminum body with a twelve years manufacturer’s warranty for further peace of mind. Beauty comes from easy to sanitize smooth surfaces and curved corners (Harloff does not use difficult to clean corner channels) with elegantly curved drawer pulls. Manueverabilty comes from industry best 5” quiet rolling Tente® casters, ergonomic push handles and lightweight aluminum medical cart construction. Adaptability comes from your choice of drawer configurations, your choice of drawer and body colors, your choice of height and width and a wide range of accessory choices and cart options to choose from. Shipping information

We ship by UPS for small package shipping. We use a host of trusted carriers for LTL truck shipments.

Returns & warranty

We allow 10 days to return unopened product. Shipping back to our location must be paid by the customer. Upon approval of the product’s returned condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and a refund will be provided in the same payment method issued by the customer. Any customized kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We will honor any warranties from the manufacturer.

What is the typical delivery time?
  • We process and ship any in-stock order from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. This includes the majority of our simulated medication and silicone products. For standard shipping within Ontario, please allow 1-2 business days. Nationwide across Canada 3-5 business days. Eastern and Central USA: 3-4 business days. West Coast 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues. You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If you have any specific concerns about delivery times or need assistance with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
  • We do not have a minimum order requirement for most of our products. Whether you're purchasing one item or several, you can proceed with your order without any restrictions.

What is your return policy?
  • We accept returns on unopened products that are distributed from our manufacturer network. There is a restocking fee of 30% and we require the product to be shipped back to our location warehouse where it will be examined. Upon passing this examination we’ll issue a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized nursing kit

  • To cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order's status in our system. Please note that orders already shipped or in processing may not be eligible for changes.
