We ship by UPS for small package shipping. We use a host of trusted carriers for LTL truck shipments.

Returns & warranty

We allow 10 days to return unopened product. Shipping back to our location must be paid by the customer. Upon approval of the product’s returned condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and a refund will be provided in the same payment method issued by the customer. Any customized kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We will honor any warranties from the manufacturer.

For standard shipping within Ontario, please allow 1-2 business days. Nationwide across Canada 3-5 business days. Eastern and Central USA: 3-4 business days. West Coast 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues. You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
  • We do not have a minimum order requirement for most of our products. Whether you're purchasing one item or several, you can proceed with your order without any restrictions.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened products that are distributed from our manufacturer network. There is a restocking fee of 30% and we require the product to be shipped back to our location warehouse where it will be examined. Upon passing this examination we’ll issue a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized nursing kit

How do I cancel/modify an order?
  • To cancel or modify an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order's status in our system. Please note that orders already shipped or in processing may not be eligible for changes.
