The Teleflex MAD® Nasal Intranasal Mucosal Atomization Device is engineered to facilitate the effective delivery of medications across the nasal mucosa. By producing a fine, atomized spray, it supports rapid absorption into the bloodstream and across mucosal membranes, providing efficient administration when intravenous access is not feasible or needed.

This device is intended for use with a pre-loaded syringe (not included) and does not contain an internal syringe. Its design promotes consistent, comfortable, and reliable intranasal medication delivery in clinical and emergency care settings.

We ship by UPS for small package shipping. We use a host of trusted carriers for LTL truck shipments.

Returns & warranty

We allow 10 days to return unopened product. Shipping back to our location must be paid by the customer. Upon approval of the product’s returned condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and a refund will be provided in the same payment method issued by the customer. Any customized kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We will honor any warranties from the manufacturer.
