3M Medipore Soft Cloth Surgical Dressing, 4" x 2 3/8" is a versatile adhesive dressing designed for use as both a primary and secondary dressing over light to moderately draining wounds. It is also suitable for securing medical devices and protecting I.V. catheter sites, offering a reliable and comfortable solution in clinical and home care settings.

This island dressing features a unique non-adherent pad that helps protect the wound while minimizing disruption during dressing changes. The soft cloth backing is highly conformable, allowing the dressing to flex naturally with body movement and contour comfortably to different anatomical areas.

Designed with patient comfort in mind, the breathable and porous material supports skin health, while the hypoallergenic adhesive ensures gentle yet secure fixation.

Returns & warranty

We allow 10 days to return unopened product. Shipping back to our location must be paid by the customer. Upon approval of the product’s returned condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and a refund will be provided in the same payment method issued by the customer. Any customized kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We will honor any warranties from the manufacturer.
