The M-Series tall emergency crash cart includes Harloff’s MDS30-EMG3 Super Stat Emergency Package, a comprehensive array of crash cart accessories to keep your facility prepared for any contingency. This includes a suction shelf, IV pole, sharps container, oxygen tank holder, cardiac board, defribrillator shelf and many, many other essential crash cart accessories. The cart body features industry best Tente® casters for quick movement, top quality drawer slides for easy access and a breakaway bar with 100 seals ensuring each cart is stocked and ready. This is the top of the line Harloff emergency cart, with plenty of drawer space for all your supplies, the mobility to arrive quickly at any emergency and the crash cart accessories you need to hold all necessary medical equipment.

Shipping information

We ship by UPS for small package shipping. We use a host of trusted carriers for LTL truck shipments.

Returns & warranty

We allow 10 days to return unopened product. Shipping back to our location must be paid by the customer. Upon approval of the product’s returned condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer, and a refund will be provided in the same payment method issued by the customer. Any customized kits are final sale and are not eligible for exchange. We will honor any warranties from the manufacturer.

What is the typical delivery time?
  • We process and ship any in-stock order from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. This includes the majority of our simulated medication and silicone products. For standard shipping within Ontario, please allow 1-2 business days. Nationwide across Canada 3-5 business days. Eastern and Central USA: 3-4 business days. West Coast 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues. You can track the status of your order using the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Is there a minimum order requirement?
  • We do not have a minimum order requirement for most of our products. Whether you're purchasing one item or several, you can proceed with your order without any restrictions.

What is your return policy?
  • We accept returns on unopened products that are distributed from our manufacturer network. There is a restocking fee of 30% and we require the product to be shipped back to our location warehouse where it will be examined. Upon passing this examination we’ll issue a return. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized nursing kit

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order's status in our system. Please note that orders already shipped or in processing may not be eligible for changes.
